Step 1:
In Internet Explorer, clear the Check for Server certificate revocation check box.- Start Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Under Security, clear the Check for Server certificate revocation check box.
- Click OK.
- Exit Internet Explorer.
Step 2:
Sign in to Messenger again. If you experience the same issue, contact Support.
